Arsenal will host Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester City will travel to Birmingham City as the Adobe Women's FA Cup quarter-final draw was made on Monday.
Arsenal booked their spot in the quarter-finals with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Bristol City, in a game marred by a serious injury to forward Olivia Smith.
After a worrying clash of heads early in the second half, the 21-year-old received lengthy treatment on the pitch, prompting 14 minutes of stoppage time, before being carried off in a neck brace to a standing ovation at Meadow Park.
Brighton, meanwhile, prevailed over West Ham United in the fifth round.
Current Super League leaders Manchester City will go on the road and face Women’s Super League 2’s Birmingham City.
Man City put in an assured performance to get to the next round, beating Sheffield United 4-0.
Birmingham thrashed National League Chatham Town 8-0 to set up the clash with Man City. It will be the first meeting between the two since the 2021/22 season.

Elsewhere, Chelsea will face Tottenham Hotspur, who beat London City Lionesses on penalties on Monday.
Chelsea – six-time winners of the competition - needed an extra-time winner from Naomi Girma to beat Manchester United in the last round and progress to the quarter-finals.
Finally, Liverpool will travel to play another Women’s Super League 2 team, Charlton Athletic, for a spot in the semi-finals.
Liverpool edged past Everton in a tightly contested Merseyside derby in the fifth round. Charlton, the Women’s Super League 2 leaders, beat Oxford United 1-0 to set up the clash with Liverpool.
