Chelsea Women manager Sonia Bompastor has committed her long-term future to the club after signing a new contract that will keep her at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2030.
The 45-year-old has enjoyed a remarkable start to life in west London, masterminding an unbeaten domestic treble in her debut season after arriving from Lyon.
While her second campaign has proved more challenging, Bompastor remains firmly focused on adding to her trophy haul.
Chelsea's title defence has faltered following successive defeats to Arsenal and Manchester City, leaving the reigning champions - winners of the Women’s Super League for the past six seasons - 12 points adrift of the leaders with eight matches remaining.
"I am delighted to extend my stay here," Bompastor told the club’s official website. "I want to thank the club for their unwavering support and the trust they have shown in me.
"It is a privilege to lead this team and I could not be prouder to represent Chelsea.
"Our fans have made me feel at home since the day I arrived, and I am grateful for the many special moments we have already shared. Lifting the WSL trophy at Stamford Bridge and the FA Cup at Wembley with our supporters are memories I will never forget.
"Our success is built on grit, resilience and intensity, and we do not settle for anything less than winning. We are competing on four fronts and we will give everything, every single day, to make our supporters proud. My focus is firmly on bringing more success to this amazing club."
Bompastor’s commitment comes after a testing period that followed a heavy 5-1 defeat by Manchester City, after which her comments were interpreted by some as criticism of the club's squad depth.
The French manager later clarified that her remarks were intended to highlight the impact injuries have had on her side this season.

"I tried to explain that our squad depth has been affected by key players missing in key positions - that is probably the main reason we are in this situation," she said earlier this week. "English is not my first language and perhaps I did not express that clearly."
Following the City defeat, Bompastor also suggested she would be willing to step aside if the club felt she was no longer the right person for the role.
Any uncertainty surrounding her future, however, has now been firmly put to rest with the announcement of her new long-term deal ahead of Sunday's trip to Tottenham Hotspur.

Sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley praised Bompastor's impact since her arrival.
"Since the day Sonia joined Chelsea, she has delivered a level of excellence that has elevated our women’s team both on and off the pitch," they said. "Her impact has been immediate and significant, and the standards she sets embody exactly what we want this club to represent.
"Sonia is a key part of our success today and an integral figure in the long-term future we are building. Renewing her contract reflects our belief in her leadership, vision and the stability she brings. There is still much to play for this season, and we are excited for what lies ahead."
Under Bompastor's guidance, Chelsea completed a historic invincible league campaign last season, securing a record-breaking sixth consecutive WSL title after winning 19 and drawing three of their 22 matches.
The Blues became the first English women's team since 2000/01 to finish a domestic league season unbeaten and recorded the highest points total in WSL history.
