Thomas Tuchel will visit his first Premier League match as England’s coach when he watches Tottenham host Newcastle, with the game live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
The 51-year-old German officially took the role on January 1, having been confirmed as the Three Lions boss back in October.
His first match will see Spurs host Newcastle, where Tuchel has the chance to see James Maddison, Dominic Solanke, Anthony Gordon and Lewis Hall amongst the players vying for England spots.
In attendance on Saturday with Tuchel will be Anthony Barry, who previously worked with him at Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
Initially joining Chelsea with Frank Lampard at the helm, Barry subsequently worked with Tuchel while also being involved with Republic of Ireland's coaching set-up.
The Englishman then became Tuchel's set-piece specialist at Bayern Munich, as well as simultaneously aiding Roberto Martinez at Portugal.
With England’s 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign beginning on March 21 against Albania, Tuchel will pay his first visit to the training base at St George’s Park next week.
Joining him this week are goalkeeping coach Henrique Hilario, performance coach Nicolas Mayer and analyst James Melbourne.
Tuchel worked with both Hilario and Melbourne at Chelsea, with the former having ended an 18-year association with the club to work with the national team.
Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup when Tuchel and Hilario were at the club, with Edouard Mendy their first-choice 'keeper during that period.
Frenchman Mayer joins after stints alongside Tuchel at Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern.
Lee Carsley has also returned to his role with the Under-21s, as has Ashley Cole, after leading England on an interim basis in the autumn.
After kicking off their qualifying campaign against Albania, England then face Latvia on March 24.
