'Seething' Vinicius 'seriously considering' Madrid exit
In the week following Real Madrid's El Clasico victory over Barcelona, news has emerged that Brazilian superstar Vinicius Junior is swaying towards leaving Los Blancos.
The winger was substituted with 20 minutes remaining of Sunday's victory - a regular occurrence under Xabi Alonso - which sparked unsavoury scenes on the touchline, which the 25-year-old later apologised for.
Spanish outlet AS has reported that tensions between Vinicius and Alonso "are at their most volatile", with a move as early as January a possible outcome.
The report reads: "What was once a smouldering ember has now become a raging inferno. A major, enormous problem.
"Xabi Alonso and Vinicius are at their most volatile. The day after El Clasico, tensions remain high. Real Madrid fully supports Xabi in any decision he makes following the Brazilian's reaction when he was substituted with 20 minutes remaining.
"They were not at all pleased with Vinicius's attitude at that moment, in a match of such global significance. They made this clear and expressed it bluntly.

"And on the other side, Vinicius is still seething. He feels his earned status is not being respected... and he is seriously considering leaving, although, understandably, the initial outburst of anger after being substituted has subsided.
"Nevertheless, Vinicius senses that he is not a player Xabi Alonso favours. And that this situation is untenable. The conflict is a reality. And far from diminishing, as it seemed, it continues to escalate."
Barca eye Leao swoop
Diario Sport reports that Barcelona are considering a move for AC Milan winger Rafael Leao, but it could depend on the long-term future of Marcus Rashford at the Catalan club.
Another stumbling block could be the fee for the Portugal international, which could rise as high as €150 million.

The report reads: "Rumours about a possible departure from AC Milan seem to be chasing Rafael Leao, although, for the moment, the Portuguese footballer is going faster.
"[Last] summer was no different, with the Portuguese striker [eager] to join several big clubs in Europe. With Bayern Munich and Barcelona looking for a winger to reinforce their attack, his name was linked on different occasions, although they finally opted for Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford.
"Once again, his high exit clause from the Italian club, which is around €150m, and Milan's refusal to negotiate a transfer of less than €70/80m [halted] any option to take a step forward in his career.
"Milan consider him a fundamental piece [for years to come], and in no case did they think of opening the door in the previous transfer window."

Bayern 'cool' Vlahovic interest with Spurs keen
Bayern Munich are reportedly unwilling to fork out for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, as per Christian Falk, via CF Bayern.
This has given Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur a boost, who are interested in the striker as well as domestic rivals Manchester United and Chelsea.

The striker is out of contract at the end of the season, but Bayern are seemingly not keen on opening talks for the player's services.
"It is TRUE: Dusan Vlahovic is no longer part of the club’s transfer plans, for the moment," Falk wrote.
"There was interest in the Serbian, but I think the club’s thought process at the moment is revolving around Harry Kane’s brilliant form and performances. Having two big strikers at the club isn’t always so easy, as Vlahovic will undoubtedly want frequent game time as well, and he’d want a big salary, even as a free agent.
"The other thing we heard is that many Premier League clubs are behind them, Tottenham is leading the race. Manchester United and Chelsea are also interested. So, you know, if such clubs are already at the table, it then becomes a question of money [potentially a lot of money].
"If Bayern Munich could get Vlahovic as a free agent and say, 'Hey, perhaps you don’t earn as much,' there would have been a chance. But with these clubs at the table, Bayern are not prepared to open talks at the moment."
