Tom Curry is back in the England squad for Saturday's clash with Japan at Allianz Stadium, but Immanuel Feyi-Waboso will miss out.
Both players suffered concussions during the second match of the Autumn Nations Series against Australia, so were ruled out of last weekend's defeat against world champions South Africa.
Curry has completed his return to play protocols and replaces Charlie Ewels in Steve Borthwick's 36-player training group.
However, Feyi-Waboso remains unavailable for selection for the match - which you can watch live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
There is one other switch in the squad from Borthwick, with Harlequins wing Cadan Murley being called up to replace the injured Elliot Daly.
England must avoid defeat otherwise they will suffer a four-match series whitewash.

The loss against South Africa was a fifth Test defeat in a row for Borthwick's side, with ill-discipline and costly mistakes gifting the Springboks the win despite trapping the tourists in their own territory for long periods of the second half.
TNT Sports pundit Ugo Monye thinks, regardless of the result against Japan, England are in serious trouble.
"It"s not far from a crisis," he said on Saturday. "We're going to end this Autumn Nations one out of four. That's awful. When we look at this year, we'll have won four out of 10 matches.

"For a team that wants to win a World Cup, that was in a World Cup semi-final, that was in a World Cup final, this is so sub-standard from where we want our team to be."
Following defeat to South Africa, head coach Borthwick told TNT Sports: "It's terribly frustrating for all of us.

"Every England fan will be terribly frustrated about this. We're desperate to get over the line. You see a lot of good stuff being done but then, unfortunately, we're making too many errors. That's then allowing the opposition to get up on the scoreboard late in the game."
Next up is a Japan side who lost their first two fixtures of the autumn against Japan and France.
However, Eddie Jones' side will arrive at Allianz Stadium with a spring in their step after they tasted victory in their most recent outing against Uruguay.
