England will be without Jamie George, Tom Roebuck, and Ollie Lawrence after the trio were ruled out of this weekend's clash with Argentina in the final Quilter Nations Series fixture.
Lawrence left the pitch in the closing stages of England's 33-19 win over New Zealand, meaning Steve Borthwick will be forced to rip up the successful centre pairing of him and Fraser Dingwall.
George sustained a hamstring injury against the All Blacks, while winger Roebuck aggravated an existing foot injury.
Second row Ollie Chessum and wing Tommy Freeman are also ruled out once again after missing the victory against the Kiwis.
Both of the British & Irish Lions stars started in England's wins against Australia and Fiji, but a hamstring issue for Freeman and a foot injury for Chessum rules them out against the Pumas.
Hooker Jamie Blamire, second row Charlie Ewels and uncapped teenage wing Noah Caluori come into the squad as injuries continue to mount for Borthwick.

Borthwick will at least be buoyed by the fact that full-back Freddie Steward is available for selection, despite failing a head injury assessment in the first half against the All Blacks.
Steward passed both his second and third HIA and is cleared to play this weekend.
Luke Cowan-Dickie has been an important part of England's bomb squad off the bench, but could be in line for a start in place of George.
It could also present an opportunity for Theo Dan to make his first appearance of the autumn.
The loss of Lawrence is particularly unfortunate after the centre's fine display against the All Blacks, but doubly so given Borthwick finally appeared to have found a long-term centre-pairing in Lawrence and Dingwall.
Borthwick may throw caution to the wind and give 19-year-old Caluori his Test debut, but it is probably too soon for the Saracens flyer, and Roebuck's spot will likely be contested by Henry Arundell and Cadan Murley.

Highlights: Argentina stun Scotland with second-half comeback

England are targeting an unbeaten autumn but face a tough test when they welcome Argentina to the Allianz Stadium.
Los Pumas overcame a 21-0 deficit at Murrayfield last weekend, taking advantage of a spectacular collapse from Scotland to secure a 33-24 win in Edinburgh.
The week before, they overpowered Wales and cruised to a 52-28 win in Cardiff.
Head coach Felipe Contepomi, who was part of the first Argentina team to beat England at Twickenham in 2006, will be seeking revenge after England won twice on Argentinian soil this summer.
Fly-half George Ford was captain for the tour to Argentina and was England's top points scorer across the two Tests.
"I know first-hand from being there in the summer how good a team Argentina are," Ford said.
"They are an incredible, emotional and passionate team and we will have to make sure we get our prep right for that."
Borthwick is due to name his team on Friday, but could bring that forward to Wednesday.
