Steve Borthwick has given Ollie Chessum his first start in the Six Nations as England host Scotland at Twickenham on Saturday.
Chessum will partner Maro Itoje at lock and in what is the only change from the 26-25 win over France on February 8.
Elsewhere, this status quo is maintained with Marcus Smith at full-back and Fin Smith continuing at fly-half.
Alex Mitchell takes his place at scrum-half, while Henry Slade will be the inside centre, and Ollie Lawrence will operate at No. 13
Meanwhile, the back row consists of Tom Curry at blindside flank, Ben Earl taking his place at openside, and Tom Willis at No. 8.
In the back three, Ollie Sleightholme is named on the left wing, with Tommy Freeman on the right, and Marcus Smith completes the starting line-up at full-back.
Finally, the bench consists of vice-captain Jamie George, Fin Baxter, Joe Heyes, George Martin, Chandler Cunningham-South, Ben Curry, Harry Randall and Elliot Daly.
