Steve Borthwick has recalled Alex Dombrandt to his 36-man England squad for the Six Nations match with Scotland next weekend.
The Calcutta Cup match takes place at Murrayfield on Saturday, with both teams looking for their second win of the tournament.
England defeated France in a thrilling 26-25 victory in the previous match, but lost to Ireland – still undefeated – in their opener.
Scotland also lost to Ireland, but were 31-19 winners over Italy in their first match.
Dombrandt had been part of the squad for England’s match with Ireland but had to withdraw due to injury, but the Harlequins No. 8 proved his fitness against Saracens on Saturday in their Premiership Cup match-up.
Borthwick has made further changes to his squad, picking Alex Coles and Henry Pollock, while Curtis Langdon and Alex Lozowski are not included.
Coles, too, had been out with injury, but returned from a wrist problem on Friday for Northampton.
Tom Curry and George Martin were able to train following knocks suffered in the win over France.

For Scotland, Darcy Graham and Finn Russell were injury concerns after a clash of heads in the loss to Ireland, but Russell at least is likely to be fit.
Scotland have dominated the Calcutta Cup in recent years, suffering just a single defeat in the last seven ties, and have won each match since 2021.
