The 49th edition of the UK Championship is upon us, with Judd Trump back in York to defend his title.
World No. 1 Trump had big things in mind after beating Barry Hawkins in the 2024 final, but his winning run came to a halt following that title, having not won silverware since.
Trump has tinkered with his equipment this season, but was rumoured to have turned to his old cue for the Saudi Arabia Snooker Masters earlier in November.
He made it all the way to the final, but was beaten by Mark Selby 10-8.
