Judd Trump believes that it will be a battle to reach 100 centuries for the season, and he may only complete the task at the World Championship final. He also felt some regret over having to play his friend Jack Lisowski in the next round of the World Grand Prix, saying he would prefer instead to have met him in the final of the competition in Hong Kong.

Judd Trump says reaching 100 centuries this season will "go down to the wire" and he would "rather avoid" playing his friend Jack Lisowski next at the World Grand Prix.
Trump defeated Gary Wilson 4-2 in Hong Kong on Tuesday, and in the second frame he scored a hugely impressive 142 break to maintain his excellent form.
That took him to 80 centuries for the season, and the first player to reach 100 for the year receives a prize of £100,000.
Asked about the possibility of reaching that lucrative milestone, Trump said it would be a tough ask.
He said: "There’s a chance. I don’t think there’s a great chance. These tournaments... it’s very difficult to make century breaks against the top players.
"I think it’s going to go down to the wire, I’d need an amazing run in the World Championship. Maybe it would come in the final. I think that’s how tight it would be to get it.

"At the moment, it’s kind of on the back-burner, really. I’m not thinking about it that much. If I was to come into the World Championship it adds a little bit of excitement for everyone around the game."
Trump’s friend Lisowski beat Zhang Anda 4-2 in his first-round tie, and the two will meet in the following round.
Lisowski needs to do well in the season’s remaining ranking tournaments to make the top-16 cut-off for the upcoming Players Championship, which adds further spice to the tie, and Trump added that he would have preferred not to play him until the final.

He said of playing Lisowski: "I didn't know that it was going to happen until he won his game. I was a bit disappointed, but I still had a lot to do to beat Gary.
"It’s someone that I’d rather avoid until the final, but it’s a great setting for both of us to play in, Hong Kong. It is difficult knowing that he needs to do well here, otherwise he can’t get in the Players.
"It’s so difficult, but I’ve just got to try and forget that and do my best."
