Bruno Fernandes scored a late winner to help Manchester United boost their hopes of qualifying automatically for the last 16 of the UEFA Europa League with a 2-1 win against Rangers. After the match, The Red Devils star called on United's fanbase to never accept defeat, and admitted that the expectation to win every game is what comes with playing for a club that big.

Bruno Fernandes asked Manchester United's fanbase to never get used to losing after scoring a stoppage-time winner in a 2-1 victory over Rangers in the UEFA Europa League.
The Red Devils appeared to be heading towards a 1-0 victory after Jack Butland's own goal, but Cyriel Dessers equalised in the 88th minute.
Fernandes came to the rescue though to ensure Ruben Amorim's side bounced back from their defeat against Brighton last Sunday.
United have lost six of Amorim's 11 Premier League games since he took over from Erik ten Hag in November, but Fernandes believes the club should always be under pressure to win.
"At this club, you need to win every game, you know that if you don't win games here it is going to be difficult, there are going to be tough moments," he said.
"This is a massive club that is used to winning games.
"I hope that our fans never get used to losing games, even in this tough experience.

"I want them to feel like this team has to win every game.
"Obviously, we know how much it means to the fans to win games, it means the same for us.
"We really want to win games."
The victory could prove crucial for United, who are now fourth in the league phase table, two points clear of Galatasaray in ninth.

However, Fernandes' late winner was a significant blow to Rangers, who will now need several results to go in their favour to stand any chance of avoiding the play-offs.
Fernandes admitted United's players are eager to remain in the top eight so they can avoid adding two more fixtures to their congested fixture list.
"Today was important to get the win because we want to get through in the Europa League, we want to go to the final," he added.

"We have to win every game, we want to be in the first eight so we avoid playing two more games.
"It is not about proving the character, we have to prove that in the 90 minutes, we can't only bring that out when we concede a goal or something goes against us.
"We need to be consistent through the 90 minutes, it does not matter about the result, we always have to be trying to find a way to win the game.
"Unfortunately for us, we conceded a late goal and had to score a late winner."
