Barcelona v Sevilla RECAP - La Liga result as Hansi Flick's side win 5-2 courtesy of hat-trick from Raphinha and goals from Dani Olmo and Joao Cancelo

Barcelona have moved four points clear at the top of La Liga after a hat-trick from Raphinha inspired them to a 5-2 win over Sevilla.

Hansi Flick, who handed a debut to Xavi Espart, saw his side seize control from the outset and they took the lead when Joao Cancelo was brought down by Djibril Sow for a penalty.

Raphinha stepped up and executed a Panenka down the middle.

And the former Leeds United man was on target from the spot again after Jose Angel Carmona was penalised for a handball. This time the Brazilian found the bottom corner with his penalty to make it 16 goals for the season.

The one-way traffic continued and Barca made it 3-0 courtesy of a close range finish from Dani Olmo after Marc Bernal's cross.

The visitors handed themselves a lifeline with a goal in stoppage time through a hooked finish from Oso.

Sevilla made a triple substitution at the break but it did not turn the tide in their favour.

Raphinha completed his hat-trick from Fermin Lopez's pass with a shot which took a deflection.

And Joao Cancelo capped off an impressive display with the fifth goal goal, firing home with a shot that bounced in off a post.

Sow scored a consolation for the visitors in added time but the result sees Barca increase their lead over bitter rivals Real Madrid in the title race.

A hat-trick for Raphinha to make it 17 goals in all competitions along with goals from Olomo and Cancelo sees Barcelona go four points clear at the top of La Liga.
