Galatasaray want Lionel Messi loan
According to Turkish outlet Fotomac, Galatasaray are plotting an audacious swoop to sign Lionel Messi from Inter Miami on a four-month loan during the Major League Soccer off season.Â
The Turkish club reportedly want to lure Messi to Istanbul between January and April 2026, with informal contact having already been made with the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner’s entourage.Â
The report claims: "Zeki Uzundurukan, editor-in-chief of Fotomac Newspaper, has stated that Galatasaray is interested in Inter Miami's Lionel Messi.
"Uzundurukan stated that the Argentinian superstar could be transferred to the Yellow-Reds for a four-month transfer following the MLS break.
"It was reported that Messi was suggested to Galatasaray by the managers and the management is closely monitoring the 38-year-old football player's situation."

Real Madrid interested in Declan Rice
According to Fichajes, Real Madrid are interested in signing Arsenal and England midfielder Declan Rice.Â
However, signing Rice would cost Los Blancos a significant outlay, with Arsenal allegedly asking for €150m (£132m) for the star.
As per the publication: "Sources at Real Madrid are analysing the possibility of making moves, exploiting contractual variables and reaching a viable agreement, although they acknowledge that the figure requested by Arsenal complicates the operation.
"The main obstacle to Rice landing at Real Madrid is the price demanded by Arsenal: €150m is a prohibitive figure for most summer deals, even for a big club.
"Furthermore, Arsenal shows no willingness to negotiate lower prices, and Real Madrid has other priorities in the market that could reduce the resources available for a bid for Rice."

Real Madrid pull out of Guehi race
According to AS, Real Madrid have pulled out of the race to sign Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi, whose contract in south London expires at the end of the season.Â
Los Blancos have allegedly been deterred by the player’s high salary and signing-on demands.
In turn, Bayern Munich and Liverpool are thought to be more likely destinations for the defender.Â
The report reads: "Guehi’s name was one of many considered as alternatives to players like [Ibrahima] Konate, [Dayot] Upamecano or [William] Saliba (before he renewed his contract with Arsenal).Â
"However, the player's high demands, both in terms of salary and signing bonus, make his arrival virtually impossible."

Endrick to United rumours played down
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano played down suggestions that Manchester United could sign Endrick on loan in the January transfer window.Â
Romano added that Lyon are the frontrunners to sign the out-of-favour Brazilian forward.
"Rumours about Endrick joining Manchester United are zero because he wants to play," Romano said on his Youtube channel.
"He would be ready to compete, as he is doing at Real Madrid, but what he wants most right now is regular playing time to show his skills and develop.
"The favourite for Endrick right now is Olympique Lyonnais. There are ongoing conversations for a simple loan, no buy clause, no permanent deal. He doesn’t want to leave Madrid permanently."
