Mohamed Salah believes he is coming to the end of his time at Liverpool, but is determined to win the Premier League this season.
The Egyptian's contract - along with those of Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold - will expire at the end of the season, and he could leave Anfield this summer after eight trophy-laden years on Merseyside.
However, the 32-year-old has put the outside noise surrounding a potential new deal to the back of his mind and is focused on achieving even more success with Liverpool.
When asked if he felt this was his last season at the club, he told Sky Sports: "So far, yes. It's the last six months.
"There is no progress there [on the new contract]. We are far away from any progress.
"So, we just need to wait and see."

When asked about keeping his focus amid the speculation, he replied: "The thing in my head is that if this is the last six months, what do you want to see in the future?
"Do you want to look back and say I was concerned or stressed about the contract? Or do you just want to say I had an unbelievable season? That's what is in my head.
"If I ever feel distraction, I just remind myself I want to look back and say I had an unbelievable season. That's what I want to do."
Salah has been in outstanding form for Arne Slot’s side this season, scoring 20 goals and registering 17 assists across all competitions.
He has also managed to score and assist in eight Premier League games this season - already the highest number achieved by a player in a single campaign.

Salah 'really motivated' to win Premier League
Salah's attacking exploits will seemingly count for little if he fails to add a second Premier League winners’ medal to his trophy cabinet come May.
And while collective honours are his primary motivation, Salah alluded to a desire to win the Ballon d'Or.
The 32-year-old has not finished higher than fifth in the rankings, but is making a strong claim to be in the running for this year's award after a scintillating spell of form.
"I am really motivated to win the Premier League," he explained.
"90% of winning an individual award depends on your performance with the team and winning a trophy with the team. If you win with your team, you have a better chance to win a Ballon d'Or or something like that.
"The most important thing for me is to win the Premier League and to be a big part of that. I don't just want to have a small part. I want to win it and then for people to say he made the difference and made the team win.
"Again, it's not easy to do. Arsenal are catching us. Chelsea are catching us. Man City will come back for sure. It's very tricky but we just have to stay focused, don't take it for granted and keep working hard. Hopefully we'll win it in the end."
