Fulham 2-1 Tottenham result: Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi secure league double for hosts as Spurs’ winless run continues at Craven Cottage

Harry Wilson starred as Fulham claimed a 2-1 victory to further deepen Tottenham Hotspur’s relegation fears at Craven Cottage.

The Welsh winger volleyed home a superb opener on seven minutes before teeing up Alex Iwobi to glide a stunning first-time finish in off the post just past the half hour.

Emile Smith Rowe missed two glorious chances to make it three following the interval before substitute Richarlison reduced the arrears for the visitors when he headed home on 66 minutes.

The result sees Fulham do the double over Spurs, and moves them up to ninth spot.

Tottenham remain winless in the Premier League in 2026, and are now 10 matches without a victory. This was a second successive loss for interim boss Igor Tudor, and leaves The Lilywhites in 16th spot, just four points above the relegation places.

Next up, Fulham are at home to West Ham in another London derby on Wednesday evening, while Spurs host Crystal Palace on Thursday night.

"They [Fulham] did enough for more than an hour of the game," said former England goalkeeper Rob Green on Sky Sports.

"Marco Silva will be pleased with how they played.

"Igor Tudor and Tottenham may have complaints about the referee’s decision [for the first goal over a potential push], but the free-flowing football, and players playing in the right positions knowing what they were doing, was all coming from the team in white [Fulham].

"Tottenham were really feeling their way into the game, and didn’t really create anything of note until the second half. You have to say, yes it was close at the end, but Fulham were deserved winners."
