Manchester City will battle it out with Southampton for a place in the final, which will also be held at the home of English football on May 16.
City have just gone top of the Premier League table after massive wins over title rivals Arsenal and Burnley in the last week.
To make matters worse for the Saints, FA Cups are very familiar territory for Pep Guardiola's side.
They will be targeting their fourth consecutive final after being on the receiving end of a surprise 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in the climax of the 2025 tournament.
Guardiola will be aiming to win this competition for a third time and is still on course to lead his side to a domestic treble, having already lifted the Carabao Cup.
City powered their way past Liverpool in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with a 4-0 win, thanks to Erling Haaland's hat-trick and a goal from Antoine Semenyo.
That secured their place in a record-extending eighth successive FA Cup semi-final, having already swatted aside Exeter City, Salford City, and Newcastle United in the earlier rounds.
Southampton are the big underdogs heading into this clash, but they are on an incredible run of form.
Tonda Eckert's side have not tasted defeat in any competition since January 17, and are unbeaten in their last 20 games.
However, their run of eight wins in a row, which included the stunning 2-1 quarter-final win over Arsenal at St Mary's on April 4, came to an end with a 2-2 draw against Roy Hodgson's Bristol City on Tuesday evening.
