City are preparing for a record fourth consecutive Emirates FA Cup final when they face Chelsea at Wembley Stadium on Saturday - live on TNT Sports and HBO Max.
It looks like their best chance to win more silverware this season, with the Premier League title firmly in Arsenal's hands with two matches to play.
But Guardiola is not backing down as Arsenal get ready to face Burnley at home and Crystal Palace away in their final two games, which would secure the title should they win both.
However, although they were dumped out of the UEFA Champions League at the last 16 stage, the City boss has insisted that his team have had "a good, really, really good" season regardless.
They could yet scoop a domestic double after their Carabao Cup triumph over Mikel Arteta's side in March, but the six-time Premier League winner is not yet writing off the possibility of a treble.
"They're gone? We cannot win the Premier League?" a baffled Guardiola asked when a journalist suggested that the title is out of reach.

Should Arsenal win their final home match against Burnley on Monday, City would have to beat Bournemouth - unbeaten in 15 in the league - away from home on Tuesday to take the race to the final day.
Arsenal make the short trip to Palace on May 24, while City host Aston Villa, with Guardiola having to rely on his former assistant to slip up against a side who will play in the UEFA Conference League final three days later.
If Arsenal win their two remaining matches, it will be game over for Guardiola, who will have gone two straight years without winning the league for the first time.
But Guardiola has continued to add to his trophy haul since moving to England in 2016, with relentless success in the cup competitions.
Saturday's FA Cup final will be the record 24th time Guardiola has led his side to the national stadium, for either a final or semi-final.
"I'm so disappointed in English football for not making [renaming] a stand for Pep," Guardiola joked.
"Many times I've been there, so at least a lounge, or a box, or something like that! Maybe I'll go 24 more times. It's been a special place, definitely!"
