Nigel Clough's League One side Mansfield Town will stand in the way of Arsenal and their continuing bid for the quadruple as the record 14-time winners of the Emirates FA Cup were drawn to visit Field Mill in the fifth round next month.
Mansfield, currently 13th in English football's third tier, have been rewarded for knocking out Premier League strugglers Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.
Clough has guided The Stags into the fifth round of the competition for the first time since 194/75, the same season when his legendary father Brian took charge of Nottingham Forest.
Mikel Arteta's Arsenal made light work of fellow League One opposition during their fourth-round tie as Wigan Athletic were brushed aside 4-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, with all four goals coming inside the opening 27 minutes.
Clough will hope his Mansfield side provide a stiffer test in what promises to be one of the ties of the round - which will take place over the weekend of March 7/8 - with the games live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
The two sides have only met each other once before in the FA Cup way back in 1929, when The Gunners enjoyed a 2-0 success.
Ally McCoist, who helped conduct the draw for TNT Sports on Monday, said: "I don't know if Nigel will thank us for that!
"I was speaking to him this morning, and he was more interested in Mansfield's league game on Tuesday [against Blackpool] but I bet that's given him something to think about."

Wrexham host Chelsea in 'Hollywood tie'
Elsewhere, Wrexham's reward for knocking out a depleted Ipswich Town is a "Hollywood tie" against Chelsea at the Racecourse Ground, according to Joe Cole.
The 1-0 win over their Championship rivals propelled Phil Parkinson’s side into the last 16 of the historic competition for the first time in 29 years - and the sixth time in the club's history.
Wrexham previously went on to reach the quarter-finals during the 1996/97 campaign.

Wrexham last played Chelsea in the old Second Division in February 1982, a game the Welsh side won 1-0. They also met in the fourth round of the FA Cup that season, Chelsea winning in a second replay.
Parkinson was also the manager of the Bradford side that knocked Chelsea out of the FA Cup in 2015.
Cole, who picked out his former club's ball from the hat, is already relishing the prospect of Liam Rosenior taking his side to Wales for the second time this term, after Enzo Maresca oversaw a Carabao Cup quarter-final victory over Cardiff City back in December.
"Chelsea against Wrexham is the Hollywood tie, given all the money that Wrexham have spent coming up the leagues," said Cole.
"Now, they've got a real giant coming to town so I'm really excited."

Having met in the Carabao Cup semi-finals, Newcastle United have again been drawn to face Manchester City in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
It is the second time in three seasons the two clubs will have met in both the FA Cup and League Cup.
Following the draw, third-round headline-makers Macclesfield were beaten by Brentford, who will now face West Ham at the London Stadium.
Cole reflected on the tie as an opportunity for West Ham to progress further in the competition.
"It's really exciting," he said. "For West Ham, the FA Cup has not been kind for a club of that stature.
"They will be looking at that draw and think they've got a chance. It's a home tie in the last 16."
