Real Madrid are interested in bringing Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes to the club for around £90 million, while Liverpool’s owner Fenway Sports Group is interested in buying Spanish second-tier side Malaga out of administration. Elsewhere, Jadon Sancho may not be welcomed back by players at Old Trafford if his move to Chelsea collapses, but Oghenetejiri Adejenughure may arrive.

Real scout United midfielder Fernandes
Real Madrid are weighing up a £90 million offer for Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes this summer.
The Daily Star believes an offer around that much would give Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim a difficult decision to make.
The paper reports: "Bruno Fernandes has emerged as a shock £90 million target for Real Madrid.
"Daily Star Sport can reveal that Real, the most successful club in the world, have been represented at virtually every Manchester United match recently – both at home and away.
"And the subject of their scouting missions is Old Trafford star Fernandes, 30, creating a major dilemma for the cash-strapped United hierarchy.
"United boss Ruben Amorim doesn’t want to lose his inspirational captain, but United’s desire to make cuts and raise money means they would have to consider a big offer for the midfielder."
FSG group eye Malaga deal
Liverpool’s majority owner Fenway Sports Group is considering a deal that would see it buy Spanish team Malaga.
The financially stricken outfit are in administration at the moment, and a takeover could see them attempt to gain promotion to La Liga once more.
The Athletic states: "Liverpool’s owner Fenway Sports Group (FSG) is exploring a deal to purchase Spanish second-tier side Malaga.
"A delegation visited Malaga’s facilities in February to evaluate a potential acquisition as FSG looks to develop a multi-club model and apply its football operations expertise to teams it deems suitable.
"FSG is considering and open to all forms of investment, with the priority - in relation to any of the clubs it has carried out diligence on so far - being to inject a level of finance that enables it to impact the football operation.
"Regarding Malaga specifically, FSG’s immediate focus is on the stake of majority shareholder Sheikh Abdullah Al Thani.
"Malaga are 49% owned by Spanish hotel and real estate group Blue Bay, while Qatari businessman Al Thani owns the other 51%. The club currently find themselves in administration and under judicial control."
United players sceptical over Sancho return
Certain Manchester United players are said to have reservations over the potential return of Jadon Sancho from Chelsea.
It is far from a done deal that he will move to Stamford Bridge on a permanent transfer, and some United players are unsure if he could cope with the pressure at Old Trafford.
The Daily Mail explains: "Manchester United players have shared what they really think about a potential return to the club for out-of-favour winger Jadon Sancho.
"Sancho, 25, has struggled for form this season after being loaned out to United's Premier League rivals Chelsea.
"However, some individuals in Ruben Amorim's current United are said to have reservations over whether Sancho should play for The Red Devils again.
"Some players at Old Trafford felt he was unable to cope with the demands of playing for Manchester United before he was exiled by former manager Erik ten Hag a year and a half ago.
"United signed Sancho for £72.9 million from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2021, with his contract set to expire next summer."
United keen on Salzburg teenager
Manchester United are interested in signing 18-year-old striker Oghenetejiri Adejenughure, who currently plays for FC Liefering in Austria.
That is Red Bull Salzburg’s reserve team, and the teenager has already drawn comparisons with Erling Haaland.
The Mirror writes: "Manchester United are eyeing a swoop for a youngster that has earned comparisons to Manchester City star Erling Haaland. United are among a number of clubs reportedly interested in 18-year-old Oghenetejiri Adejenughure.
"Adejenughure has been a prolific goalscorer in youth football and is currently enjoying his first taste of senior action at FC Liefering in the second tier of Austrian football.
"Liefering are Red Bull Salzburg's reserve team and Adejenughure has also continued to represent Salzburg's Under-19s in the UEFA Youth League."
