Premier League champions Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing the Roma midfielder Manu Kone in the summer transfer window, according to reports in France.

The 25-year-old joined the Serie A club two years ago and is under contract until 2029.
Reports in Italy have stated he is seen as a key player for Roma, but the club might be forced to sell to comply with UEFA’s financial fair play regulations.
According to L’Equipe, Premier League champions Arsenal have expressed interest in Kone.
Inter are among the other clubs interested and no decision has yet been finalised.
It has been reported that Kone could cost around €40 million (£35m).
Spurs aim to secure new Porro deal
Tottenham Hotspur are moving quickly to ensure Pedro Porro stays at the club amid interest from Manchester City, with the Spain defender keen to wait until after the World Cup to settle his future.
City are known to be keen on Porro and Tottenham want to fend them off with a new deal for the defender.
It is reported by AS that talks have been taking place between the club and the Spain defender's agents and a fresh contract is set to be agreed soon.
Porro has been with Tottenham since 2023 and was part of the team that won the UEFA Europa League a year ago.
City have seen Porro as a good option for strengthening their defence. But it appears they will be thwarted, with the star staying in north London.
Speaking from Spain's pre-World Cup camp, Porro said: ”It’s going to be handled after the World Cup. I don’t want to hear anything until then. I’m 100% focused on my team right now, with the national team, I’m not thinking about a possible transfer.
”I have a contract with my club, I’m at ease, and basically, as you say, if my agent comes to me and says anything directly, I either won’t answer the phone or I’ll tell him we’ll talk after the World Cup.”

Saint-Maximin set for MLS switch
Former Newcastle United star Allan Saint-Maximin is set to join Charlotte FC in the United States as a free agent.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims that a three-year deal will be signed.

And Gazzetta say: "From Austria's training camp in Santa Barbara, the usual serenity is filtering through regarding the coach's continued presence after the World Cup.
"The day after the group arrived in the States, Austrian Football Association officials were confident that Ralf would stay."
Association president Josef Proll had previously said: "I'm very optimistic that he will choose Austria. We want him, and he knows the key points of the contract renewal offer. He and I know what we can count on from each other because we communicate very openly."
Former Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has been strongly linked with Milan.
