Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City in 'bidding war' for Ayyoub Bouaddi, Michael Olise to hold meeting with Bayern Munich - Euro Transfer News

Spanish media outlet AS has described the situation as an "all-out battle" between England's top clubs and others on the continent, such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

Bouaddi is currently at the 2026 FIFA World Cup with Morocco, having represented France at youth level.

And it is the Lille midfielder's performances against Scotland and Brazil that have caught the eye, leading to what AS are calling "a bidding war."

Their report reads: "Ayyoub Bouaddi has sparked a bidding war among Europe's top clubs. His outstanding World Cup performances with Morocco have driven his market value to unprecedented levels. Offers for the player are pouring into Lille's offices.

"Much of the Premier League, PSG, Real Madrid, and Barcelona are closely monitoring Morocco's new star .

"PSG, who have been on the lookout for young French talent for some time, as demonstrated with [Bradley] Barcola and [Desire] Doue, are keen to sign him. They are not the only ones interested, with Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool, leading the pack of English clubs, having inquired with Lille about his price. They don't want to miss out on the rising Moroccan star.

"Real Madrid have been monitoring him for some time, as this newspaper has reported. Meanwhile, Bayern Munich and Serie A clubs are watching with interest, although they are unwilling and financially unable to enter a bidding war for the Lille talent."

Michael Olise will hold key talks with Bayern Munich after the World Cup to determine his future, claims AS.

Multiple elite European clubs are reportedly interested in the France international, with Premier League sides, Real Madrid and PSG linked since the back-end of the domestic season.

Bayern, for their part, are said to be aware of interest from abroad and wish to learn Olise's intentions moving forward.

AS's report reads: "Olise wants to clear up any doubts, to know what people in Munich think about his situation, to learn first-hand how highly Bayern values ​​him after two seasons wearing their jersey and proving himself to be among the best players in the world.

"He's aware that several clubs are keeping an eye on him, wondering what he might do after the World Cup. So far, he hasn't commented on his position, and it will be at this meeting that he'll speak directly with Bayern's management.

"Bayern Munich will be the first to know Olise's thoughts, but in Munich they're beginning to realise that anything can happen, even though they're maintaining a calm and firm stance, keeping the contract in hand. They're also aware that what he signed two years ago when he arrived at the club has little to do with the winger's current status.

"At the Bavarian club, they already know that Olise wants to talk to them and are beginning to suspect that he's being swayed by everything that's been circulating in recent weeks. They've been waiting for a sign from the player, which, so far, hasn't materialised, leading to serious doubts."

In an interview with Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has lit a spark under rumours that he could make a move to Serie A this summer.

The Brazil international, who was not included in Carlo Ancelotti's squad for the World Cup, has attracted interest from the likes of Juventus and Milan.

Asked about the rumours surrounding those two clubs in particular, Jesus said: "I grew up watching Serie A and dreamed of playing in Italy.

"Scoring two goals at San Siro against Inter was like making that dream come true. I don't know my future. Now I'm working and we'll see what happens with Arsenal."

And on his omission from the Brazil squad, Jesus claimed that he did not expect to be picked.

”No, I don't think I was even that close to making the top 26. There were other players who were drafted several times last year and then cut. If you ask me, 'Did you have to be on the list?' I'd say no," he said.

"Unfortunately, I didn't get any minutes at the end of the season, and to be honest, that's why I didn't deserve to be at the World Cup. I'm a humble guy; I understand situations."

Jesus is under contract with Arsenal until 2027.

Former Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior has reportedly reached an agreement to join Ligue 1 outfit Paris FC.

This is according to Foot Mercato, who say that a decision is imminent, pending minor contract details.

The report reads, via Get Football News France: "Liam Rosenior looks set to become the new manager of Paris FC, as per a report from Foot Mercato. 

"There is set to be another managerial change at Paris FC. Antoine Kombouare replaced Stephane Gilli back in February. At the time of his appointment, Paris FC were threatened by relegation. The Kanak oversaw a spectacular return to form, allowing Les Parisiens to secure a very comfortable mid-table finish. 

"However, there have since been doubts regarding his continuation at the club. He sought to dispel talk of an exit, stating last week that he would be present for the start of pre-season training. However, it was reported by L’Equipe earlier on Monday that Paris FC, who had been set to return for pre-season training on Wednesday, had decided to delay their return until 9th July. 

"It is a decision that came amid talks with Rosenior, and Foot Mercato now understands that the former Chelsea manager has reached an agreement with Les Parisiens. Minor details must still be ironed out, but the Englishman was the priority target for sporting director Marco Neppe."
