Premier League trio want Rogers
Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all keen on Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers but there could be a battle for his signature.
The 23-year-old is also wanted by Bayern Munich, meaning that Villa could attract some hefty bids for the England international.
The Mirror reports: ”Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all ready to test Aston Villa's resolve over Morgan Rogers in the summer transfer window but will face competition from Bayern Munich for the attacking midfielder.
”Rogers, 23, has been a revelation since moving to Villa Park from Championship [side] Middlesbrough in February 2024, recording 24 goals and 23 assists since the start of last season. His excellent form prompted Villa to tie him down to a new contract back in November - but that has not deterred interest from some of their Premier League's rivals and Europe's elite.
”Both Arsenal and United are keen on adding a quality left-sided forward option to their respective squads in the summer transfer window, with Rogers comfortable in several attacking positions. Chelsea, like Arsenal, made their interest known in Rogers last summer and also retain a strong interest in the England star.”

More Rashford talks planned
Marcus Rashford will have talks with Barcelona in the coming days over prolonging his stay with the club.
The Manchester United winger has improved over the course of the season but there is speculation Barcelona, who lost the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Atletico Madrid, want to reduce the cost of the £26 million transfer fee.
The Sun writes: ”Barcelona were well beaten but do not lack belief they can overturn Atletico Madrid to set up a potential semi-final with Arsenal.
”That belief will largely stem from the danger Marcus Rashford managed to pose alongside Lamine Yamal.
”There are expected to be fresh talks between Rashford’s camp and Barcelona before the second leg.
”The Manchester United loanee looks revived, playing with his head up and the confidence to charge people down.”
Man Utd may have Ederson advantage
The Daily Star thinks that Atalanta midfielder Ederson could end up joining Manchester United despite interest from Atletico Madrid.
With Atalanta keen on Joshua Zirzkee, there may be a way to organise a switch of clubs for both players.
The paper explains: ”Long-standing Manchester United target Ederson seemed destined for a switch to Atletico Madrid in the summer.
”However, the Premier League outfit could possess a trump card that enables them to gain an edge in the pursuit of the Atalanta star.
”According to reports in Italy, Atalanta remain eager to lure out-of-favour United striker Joshua Zirkzee to Bergamo. The Dutch forward is understood to be determined to remain and battle for his spot at Old Trafford, but a departure could open the door for Ederson to head in the other direction.
”Brazilian midfielder Ederson is claimed to have reached an agreement with Atleti, though no official confirmation has emerged. The 26-year-old continues to play a crucial role in Raffaele Palladino's squad but sees his deal expire in 2027, making this summer potentially Atalanta's final opportunity to secure a significant fee.
”Because of his contract situation, he could be available for a cut-price £35m.”
Tsimikas will not replace Robertson
Andy Robertson has confirmed he will leave Liverpool at the end of the season, meaning the club need a replacement left-back.
That will not be Kostas Tsimikas, according to The Athletic, because he is also expected to leave when his loan at Roma ends.
The website states: ”Robertson may no longer be the all-action, marauding left-back who at one stage was viewed as among the best in his position across the world, but that’s not to say he’s finished yet.
”Plenty of top-flight clubs will be interested in him, and he’ll be in a good position to pick his next move as a free agent in the summer.
”Ultimately, he wanted to play more often, which is why he’s leaving, but Liverpool already have their replacement in Milos Kerkez, so there’s no desperate need to recruit a ready-made star.
”What Liverpool will need to do is continue to plan for the future and hire another left-back to increase competition. Kostos Tsimikas returns from a loan spell at Roma this summer, but he is unlikely to be a part of the plan next season.”
