In the absence of the team's skipper Scott Shawyer, British solo sailor Pip Hare has stepped up over the course of The Ocean Race Europe to manage the team offshore. After finishing the final leg of the race she opens up about the 'difficult' result, admitting it isn't where the team wanted to be and shares learnings for the future.
