The 2025 snooker season continues with the International Championship, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
Ding Junhui will be the defending champion in Nanjing, China, after he beat Chris Wakelin in last year’s final.
Ding will face strong competition as he looks to defend his title, with world No. 1 Judd Trump and seven-time world champion Ronnie O’Sullivan among those in the draw.
Jack Lisowski will be aiming for another success after finally claiming his first ranking title.
Lisowski beat "best friend" Trump in a thrilling final of the Northern Ireland Open after six previous defeats in ranking finals, including three to Trump.
Lisowski, whose father died earlier this year just before a final in Hong Kong, had words of praise afterwards for Trump.
He said: "I just want to say to Judd, we have been friends since we were like 14.
"He was there with me in Hong Kong about eight months ago when I got the message about my dad, and you have been a better friend than I could ever ask for these last eight months.
"He is one of the greatest snooker players of all time, but he is a better friend than I could ever wish for and you are the closest thing I am ever going to have to a brother and I love you."
