PSG SNEAK NINE-GOAL THRILLER IN EPIC CLASH WITH BAYERN MUNICH
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembele both scored twice as Paris Saint-Germain edged to a 5-4 semi-final first leg victory in what proved to be an enthralling, instant-classic against Bayern Munich at the Parc des Princes.
The Bavarian giants took the lead on 17 minutes through Harry Kane, who claimed his 54th goal of the season from the penalty spot.
PSG came roaring back with Kvaratskhelia levelling seven minutes later courtesy of a stunning curler before Joao Neves headed in a corner just past the half hour.
Michael Olise dragged the visitors back into it with a superb solo goal on 41 minutes, but Vincent Kompany’s men still went in at the interval as behind as Dembele netted from the penalty spot after a VAR intervention for a hotly-disputed handball.
The open, attacking nature of the contest continued in the second half, with Kvaratskhelia and Dembele both adding their second goals of the night to put Luis Enrique’s men 5-2 up inside the hour.
Bayern came roaring back with Dayot Upamecano heading home prior to Luis Diaz netting Bayern’s fourth on 68 minutes.

'ONE OF THE GREATEST GAMES I'VE EVER BEEN TO'
"Two heavyweights going head-to-head and believing in their own ability, thinking they can outscore the opposition," says former England striker Alan Shearer on Amazon Prime.
"It’s been a pleasure and privilege to be here to witness and to see a game of this size, in this stadium and atmosphere, it just had absolutely everything."
He adds: "I do think it will be more of the same next week. The attitude of both teams is going to be thinking they can go and outscore the opposition. But the advantage is just with PSG because of that goal."

CAN BAYERN FIND A LATE LEVELLER?
At one point tonight, it looked like Kompany's men were going to be blown away.
However, they have controlled much of the contest since snaring that fourth goal back and PSG look content to try and keep the one-goal advantage for the second leg.
