The Gunners sealed top spot after Manchester City dropped points against Bournemouth earlier in the week, so the attention of TNT Sports duo Ally McCoist and Darren Fletcher switches to the race for Europe and the battle for survival.
The loser is set to suffer the ignominy of a costume forfeit and the bill for an expensive dinner.
As is tradition on the final day of the Premier League, all matches will be played simultaneously at 16:00 UK time on Sunday, with everything decided in grand finale fashion.
The capital city will host an epic relegation stand-off, as Tottenham Hotspur play host to Everton while West Ham United welcome Leeds United to the London Stadium - the standout matches of the round, with one club destined for the Championship.
Elsewhere, there is an intriguing battle for Europe. Following Aston Villa's UEFA Europa League triumph, Bournemouth - who have secured European football - can still finish in the UEFA Champions League spots.
That would require Villa (who are currently fourth) to finish fifth but they face a tough trip to the Etihad Stadium where the club will bid farewell to Pep Guardiola.

Meanwhile, Liverpool occupy fifth position but will go above Villa should Unai Emery's team lose and The Reds beat Brentford at home.
Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Brentford and Sunderland are still in the mix for Europe in what is set to be a blockbuster finish to the season.
So, with that and so much more on the menu, how do Ally and Fletch think the campaign will finish in Gameweek 38?

Selected matches:
Spurs v Everton
Fletch: "This is an interesting one and I think it's going to be tight. I think Spurs might panic a little bit and I think it could be rocky for them. It wouldn't surprise me if Everton went on to win the game, but I'm going for a draw and I think Spurs will stay in the Premier League on goal difference."
Prediction: Spurs 2-2 Everton
Ally:
Prediction: Spurs 1-1 Everton
West Ham v Leeds
Fletch: "West Ham have got to try and find a way to win but I don't think it will be easy. I just think that the necessity at home to win the match to stay up will help them find a way."
Prediction: West Ham 2-1 Leeds
Ally:
Prediction: West Ham 2-1 Leeds
