The Premier League title has been won by Arsenal, but there’s plenty to be decided on the final day of the season.

There’s the battle to secure a UEFA Champions League place, with six teams potentially qualifying.
There's also other European places up for grabs, with even 13th-placed Fulham still in the mix to qualify.
And there’s the final relegation spot: will West Ham United or Tottenham Hotspur drop to the Championship?
Plus, there’s Bruno Fernandes targeting the Premier League assist record, and Mohamed Salah saying farewell to Liverpool.

Who will finish fifth?
Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Aston Villa are guaranteed a Champions League place next season via their league finishing position.
Fifth place in the table will also qualify for the Champions League because of the Premier League’s strong UEFA coefficient ranking.
Liverpool are currently fifth and hold a three-point lead over sixth-placed Bournemouth.
If Liverpool avoid defeat against Brentford on the final day, they will be guaranteed a Champions League place next season.
If Liverpool lose and Bournemouth beat Nottingham Forest, then it will come down to goal difference, which is currently plus-six in Liverpool’s favour.
Who will be sixth?
With Aston Villa winning the UEFA Europa League, sixth place could still be a qualification spot for the Champions League.
For that to happen, Villa would need to finish fifth in the table.Â
Villa are currently fourth, three points above Liverpool, and travel to Manchester City on the final day.Â
For Villa to end up fifth, they would need to lose against City and for Liverpool to beat Brentford.
Liverpool, Bournemouth and Brighton & Hove Albion could all still end up in sixth spot.
Who will be relegated?
The relegation battle was sent to the final day after Spurs were beaten by Chelsea in midweek.
Spurs hold a two-point lead over 18th-placed West Ham and have a significantly superior goal difference (+12) so likely just need to draw at home against Everton to survive.
West Ham must beat Leeds United to have a chance of staying up.
Will Chelsea qualify for Europe next season?
Chelsea won’t play in the Champions League next season under new manager Xabi Alonso, but will they qualify for any European competition?
The Blues are currently eighth, which is the final European qualification spot, securing a place in the UEFA Conference League.
They are a point behind seventh-placed Brighton, level on points with Brentford, and one ahead of their final opponents Sunderland.
A Chelsea win would guarantee them a place in the Conference League at worst.
Chelsea could qualify for the Europa League if they win and Brighton don’t beat Manchester United.
Another route in is if they draw, Brighton lose to Man Utd by two or more goals, and Brentford drop points against Liverpool.
Will Fernandes break assist record?
Bruno Fernandes’ pursuit of the all-time Premier League assist record hasn’t impressed everyone, with former Manchester United captain Roy Keane saying it is like a ”circus act”.
With United having nothing left to play for on the final day, though, Fernandes will surely have license to try and bag at least one more assist.
He is currently on 20, tying him with Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne for the most in a single Premier League season.
Will Salah score on Liverpool farewell?
Mohamed Salah will play his last game for Liverpool against Brentford.
The 33-year-old will depart as a club legend having scored 257 goals in his nine seasons, putting him third in the all-time Liverpool scoring charts behind Ian Rush and Roger Hunt.
He hasn’t scored in his last two games and made headlines following the defeat to Aston Villa by saying Liverpool need to return to being a "heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear".
Salah will be hoping to sign off with a goal at Anfield.
Who will finish as the top English scorer?
Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White, Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Leeds’ Dominic Calvert-Lewin are the leading English scorers in the Premier League this season with 14 goals each.
Brighton’s Danny Welbeck is one behind on 13. Of those four players, only one has made the World Cup squad.
Who will end the campaign on top? Forest face Bournemouth, Villa play Man City, Leeds play West Ham, and Brighton take on Man Utd.
