Barcola has netted 13 goals for Luis Enrique's side this season but has had to remain patient for minutes.
A report in The Sun claims Barcola's contract talks with the Ligue 1 side have stalled, and The Gunners could swoop in.
Arsenal play PSG in the Champions League final on May 30, live on TNT Sports and HBO Max.
"Arsenal are reportedly favourites to sign PSG star Bradley Barcola this summer after contract talks were paused," reads the article.
"The winger is one of the biggest stars to come out of France in recent years after helping PSG win the Champions League last season.
"According to French outlet L’Equipe, Barcola could be offloaded in the summer as the club look to bring in a new forward.
"Barcola currently has a deal until 2028 but any negotiations over a new contract have been temporarily stopped until after the Champions League final.
"L’Equipe says rivals Arsenal are the most likely destination for Barcola this summer."

Alonso makes goalkeeper a priority

Xabi Alonso will make signing a new goalkeeper a priority this summer, claims the Mirror, with Sunderland's Robin Roefs understood to be a "serious target".
The Blues have suffered a forgettable season and look set to miss out on a European place, with the club sitting 10th with just two games remaining.
One area which they appear to want to strengthen under new manager Alonso is in goal, with regular 'keeper Robert Sanchez facing criticism for an inconsistent season.
"Chelsea are ready to spend big on a goalkeeper this summer in preparation for Xabi Alonso's maiden season at the helm with Robin Roefs understood to be a serious target," writes the outlet.
"It would appear that signing a new goalkeeper will be a priority, with the £50 million-rated Roefs said to be attracting interest from both Chelsea and Liverpool.
"From a Liverpool perspective that relates to speculation over the future of Alisson, who continues to be linked with Juventus. But the scrutiny which has surrounded Chelsea's goalkeeping options precede the 2025/26 campaign with Robert Sanchez failing to completely convince in his role as No. 1 since joining from Brighton.
"Roefs has kept 10 clean sheets for a Sunderland side who have defied their pre-season expectations by some distance. As such, the 23-year-old is now valued at more than five times the £9m he was signed for last summer."

Man Utd receive £38m as clause triggered

The Daily Express reports that Manchester United have secured £38 million after Napoli qualified for the UEFA Champions League.
The outlet states that Napoli's 3-0 win at Pisa on Sunday activated an obligation to purchase Rasmus Hojlund.
Hojlund has scored 15 goals and registered eight assists in 43 matches for Antonio Conte's side this term.
"The Danish forward moved to the Serie A club on a season-long loan last summer, with United including a clause stipulating the transfer would become permanent should Napoli secure a place in Europe's premier competition," reads the article.
"While Antonio Conte's outfit were unable to defend their 2024/25 Serie A title, a 3-0 victory over already-relegated Pisa on Sunday has ensured them of a berth in next season's Champions League. It means Napoli will be obliged to complete Hojlund's signing on a permanent basis this summer.
"He's poised to follow in the footsteps of former United midfielder Scott McTominay with a permanent switch to the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, who has achieved cult status since his arrival in Italy."
