Tonali on Real Madrid's radar

Sandro Tonali could be on the move to La Liga giants Real Madrid at the end of the season, with the Italy international reportedly open to a move away from Newcastle United.
Transfer news outlet TeamTalk also mentions that various Premier League clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, are interested in capturing the 25-year-old's signature.
Their report reads: "Sandro Tonali’s representatives are stepping up their efforts to secure a summer move, with contact now made with Real Madrid as part of a widening search for his next destination, while Manchester City and other top sides continue to push for his signature.
"While Tonali is not actively or publicly pushing to leave Newcastle United, it is increasingly understood across the market that the Italy international is open to departing St James’ Park this summer.
"Sources indicate there is a growing belief among rival clubs that the Etihad Stadium could ultimately become his most likely destination, with Pep Guardiola’s side pushing strongly for midfield reinforcements.
"Manchester United remain attentive to the situation, while Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been approached and have shown varying degrees of interest.
"None of those options can be ruled out at this stage, with Tonali’s camp keeping discussions open across multiple fronts."

But Spanish publication Diario AS has tempered expectations of Tonali arriving at the Bernabeu in the summer by claiming that he is not Real Madrid's "first choice" midfield signing.
The report says: "AS can confirm that he's not the only player offered to the club recently, knowing they're looking for a midfielder. The Italian isn't Real Madrid's first choice for the midfield."

PSG will not move for Camavinga

Despite recent reports, namely from AS, that Eduardo Camavinga could be a midfielder considered by Paris Saint-Germain in their hunt for summer reinforcements, a French source has poured water on the flames of the rumour.
Onze Mondial insists that there has been no contact between the clubs, nor the player, to establish a deal at the end of the campaign.
The story reads: "Amid sporting uncertainty and transfer rumours, Eduardo Camavinga's situation at Real Madrid raises questions, while the Paris Saint-Germain option remains, at this stage, unfounded.
"The Madrid-based newspaper AS reports that PSG are considering the case of the France international, mentioning the interest of the club from the capital.
"The daily newspaper explains that Camavinga's profile would enrich an already well-stocked midfield, which notably includes Vitinha, Joao Neves, Warren Zaire-Emery, and Fabian Ruiz, the latter of whom is close to extending his contract.
"Despite the information provided, according to Onze Mondial, there is no interest from Paris Saint-Germain. Indeed, PSG have no plans to make a move for the player and no contact has been established to date with any of the parties involved."

Iraola hesitant about Athletic Club job

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola, whose contract expires at the end of the season, has not committed himself to the soon-to-be vacant job at Athletic Club.
The Basque-born coach spent the vast majority of his senior playing career at Athletic, spending 12 years there.
But Spanish publication Marca has reported that Edin Terzic is now the favourite to take over from the departing Ernesto Valverde, who confirmed he would be exiting at the end of the season.
Italian journalist Matteo Moretto said on Radio Marca: "In recent weeks Edin Terzic has been gaining ground and right now he is the favourite to be the new coach of Athletic Club de Bilbao.
"Iraola hasn't definitively said yes to anyone yet, but he has other options, and Athletic is making a strong push for Terzic.
"Athletic will make its decision in the coming weeks, and if they choose Terzic, the deal is done."
