Paris Saint-Germain have won men’s club of the year at the 2025 Ballon d’Or awards. Luis Enrique’s side enjoyed their best season in 2024/25, winning their first UEFA Champions League title in style to complete an unprecedented treble alongside Ligue 1 and Coupe de France crowns. They beat Liverpool, Chelsea, Barcelona and Botafogo to the prize at Monday’s ceremony in the French capital.

Paris Saint-Germain were named the men's club of the year at Monday's Ballon d'Or ceremony in Paris after a historic 2024/25 campaign.
PSG enjoyed unprecedented success, including a domestic treble, while also winning the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the club's history.
Eight current PSG players were named on the 30-player shortlist for the men's Ballon d'Or award this year, with Ousmane Dembele ultimately prevailing. Gianluigi Donnarumma - who played a major role in them landing the European title, but has since moved to Manchester City - was also included.
This was a record amount of representation for a single club among the nominees, and demonstrated the extent of their success - albeit after a relatively slow start to the 2024/25 season.
PSG faced the possibility of a Champions League exit, as they sat beneath the play-off spots in the league phase prior to their meeting with Manchester City in the penultimate matchweek.
They came from two goals behind to beat Pep Guardiola's side 4-2, and from there, Luis Enrique's side were utterly dominant.

After beating fellow French side Brest 10-0 on aggregate in the play-offs, PSG worked their way past all-English opposition to reach the final. That run comprised a penalty shoot-out win over Liverpool, a 5-4 aggregate victory over Aston Villa and a 3-1 triumph over Arsenal across both legs.
PSG then made Champions League history with a remarkable 5-0 win over Internazionale in the Munich final - the largest margin of victory in the competition's showpiece event.

The likes of Dembele, Desire Doue and Vitinha were crucial players in their success last season, hitting heights they had never-before met on the elite stage.
While the ceremony was ongoing on Monday, the majority of PSG's squad were in Marseille for a Ligue 1 fixture - after their originally scheduled clash was postponed through storm threats on Sunday.
Arsenal win Women's Club of the Year
Arsenal, who won the UEFA Women's Champions League trophy for just the second time in their history last season, were named the women's club of the year in Paris.
Despite a difficult start to the 2024/25 season with previous manager Jonas Eidevall departing, Arsenal still managed to record a historic campaign with Renee Slegers at the helm, clinching rare glory for an English side in Europe with a 1-0 victory over Barcelona in the final.
Arsenal also finished second in the WSL, falling shy of the domestically undefeated Chelsea.
"It's a true honour for Arsenal to be recognised as Women's Club of the Year," Arsenal head coach Slegers said upon accepting the award.
"We're so pleased to be here tonight to accept this award of behalf of everyone connected to our club.

"It's fitting to make that link here tonight, because community is what we're building.
"I can't stand here and not reference our wonderful supporters, who are and have always been such an integral part of who we are as a club, driving us to big sold-out crowd at Emirates Stadium.
"Our supporters are on this journey with us every step of the way, and we couldn't achieve anything like this without you all.
"Invest in women, invest in women's sport. When we do that, we all benefit."
