Liverpool manager Arne Slot said he feels "complete support" after Liverpool's 2-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final.
The Reds were fortunate to only concede twice at the Parc des Princes as their defensive woes continued following a 4-0 loss to Manchester City in the Emirates FA Cup.
But ahead of Liverpool's return to Premier League action against Fulham on Saturday, Slot claimed he is still being backed.
"I'm repeating myself a lot but I feel a lot of support," he said in his pre-match press conference. "Not only from the owners but from Richard [Hughes] and Michael [Edwards], a lot of support from them as well, but as weird as it might sound, I also feel the support from the fans.
"We were going out in Paris when the players went out for the warm-up and after the 4-0 loss [against Manchester City] the fans immediately started singing 'we love Liverpool'.
"I think it's fair to say we were outplayed for 90 minutes and they were still singing and clapping for us. I've said many times, the club knows the period of time we're in and in the meantime I feel complete support."

Liverpool's immediate attention is on an important game in the Premier League, where they remain in a battle with Chelsea to finish in the top five and qualify for next season's Champions League.
Then comes the second leg against European champions PSG at Anfield, before a huge clash with rivals Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
In May, Liverpool have potentially decisive league games against Manchester United, Chelsea (live on TNT Sports and HBO Max) and Aston Villa.
"It's normal at the end of the season - not only for us but for all of the teams - these are defining moments," Slot said.
"We've given ourselves not the best situation to be in but Paris kept us alive and we're still in that tie. Two massive games in the league coming up, then four more after that and hopefully more in the Champions League. But first to focus is on Fulham."
He added: "If there's anything positive from the Paris Saint-Germain game is that we faced the champions of Europe and we experienced on that evening that we were not on the level we should have been.

Gerrard: 'It was total domination' from PSG against 'toothless' Liverpool

"But the good thing is that we have four or five days to show that we can be much more competitive. It also tells us that we want to keep improving and playing at that level next season.
"I think if you experience that two days ago, you want to be involved next season to show we can do even better. We get that chance in three days but we want to get that chance next season.
"Yesterday was a recovery day so we need to see where a few of our players are. I've said that a few of our players are not capable of playing another intense game three days later, so let's see what the line-up brings."

Slot also paid tribute to Andy Robertson, who will leave the club at the end of the season, bringing an end to a nine-year spell in which the left-back won the Premier League and Carabao Cup twice, alongside Champions League and FA Cup trophies.
"First of all, he's had many great seasons here not only as a player but as a great person as well," the Dutchman said. "I got to know him as a great person. Every team-mate of his will tell you how funny he is, how great he is and I think that's been shown on social media as well.
"But what I remember most about him is the intensity he plays with and we've seen and learned something about intensity two days ago.
"He's won everything at this club, served his club and really loves this club, been a great nine years for him. This season he didn't play as much as he was used to and as a result of that he's leaving."
